This is my latest brewery.  1st was 20L plastic buckets.  2nd was 50L plastic tanks.  3rd was 50L converted kegs, 4th was 70L Stainless HERMS.  I found that I was brewing less often - too much effort to set up and clean. Last year I acquired a 20L Speidel Braumeister and now I brew more often. Only a pleasure to brew with this baby!
